  • Range of punishment is up to 1 year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.00

Felony Stealing

Class B Felony Stealing

  • The value of the property is more than $25,000.00
  • Range of Punishment in Missouri is 5-15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections

Class C Felony Stealing

  • The value of the property is more than $500.00 but less than $25,000.00
  • Range of Punishment in Missouri is up to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections
